The three day weekend is over and many of you have headed to a coffee shop this morning to get that much needed cup of joe to keep you going through the day. MadCap Coffee is a shop & roaster located in Grand Rapids, Michigan & they have created a video celebrating the love & art of the latte. If you are like me you don't find yourself going into corporate coffee to get a quick fix and go to places that offer options of the type of coffee you are drinking and put care into that drink that you order. This post, like this video, is dedicated to the care your barista puts in the drink you order. Lets hear it for your baristas, they are some of the coolest people you know, and make sure to leave them a tip for the great art they make for you on the fly.
