Looks like more big news has rocked the The Walking Dead now with overlord nutjob Frank Darabont stepping down as show runner. We all remember not too long ago when Darabont fired the entire first season writing staff to take on the second season by himself. Lets hope that AMC finds someone who can actually take the end of season 2 in a better direction than season 1. (Deadline)

If you still haven't decided on which provider (Apple, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Crackle) you want to get you movie rental content from then fear not because their is another addition to the trove. If you remember way back when, Walmart acquired Vudu.com and has now just launched its own movie rental service for same day releases. They will also have a trove of older movies you can rent for cheap which saves you the embarrassment of going to Walmart and plucking that movie from the cheap bin but also adds the embarrassment that you are paying the same price to rent it that you probably would to buy it at said Walmart. The AV Club has been doing a great little segment as of lately where they cover different landmarks and their huge pop cultural significance with a series called Pop Pilgrims. Their latest installment covers the Chicago icon of Marina City which thanks to Wilco has become known as The AV Club calls its "Wilco Towers" and I lovingly refer to it as the the album name Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. You can hit the jump for the video but also make sure to head over to TheAVClub.com to read the article and check out the other awesome places this traveling circus has visited.
